Company Mapping¶
Here you point out which limetype that represents a customer when searches are being made from the portal. You also point out certain fields from that limetype whose values are returned in searches.
If you want to show more information in the portal than the pre-selected fields in the config, add those under Additional fields

Installation Mapping¶
Here you point out which limetype that represents an installation when searches are being made from the portal.

Not sure which limetype is the installation? In the portal, it is possible to search for installations by submitting either a GSRN-number (Swedish: Anläggnings-ID, usually 18 digits) or a meter number. Locate the limetype that holds these properties.
You also point out certain fields from that limetype whose values are returned in searches.

Sometimes installation details and addresses are on separate limetypes. If these are related to each other, properties from one relation away can be fetched in the searches.

Here you point out which limetype is your helpdesk object. Then you point out what properties should be available as merge codes in emails and text messages to the installers. It is possible to fetch mergecodes from two relations in.
Installer settings¶
Here you point out which limetype is your installer object, as well as what properties on installer that correspond to
- if they want to be notified over SMS
- if they want to be notified over email
- which property holds their email address
- which property holds their mobile phone number

History settings¶
Sent emails and SMS are saved on the helpdesk object in Lime CRM. Here you configure what history types are to be used for those two history notes.
History from Lime CRM can be displayed in the portal by marking them as Show in portal. This needs to be a yes/no field.
