FF Portal

Receiving requests of installations is an important workflow to a company who owns the electrical grid. Requests are made from private persons or companies to installation companies, who submit installation requests (Föranmälningar) to the grid owner (Lime CRM users) via a portal. The installation progress is communicated between the FF portal and Lime CRM until the installation is finished.
